How we COMPLY with the NCC in zone 6,7 & 8 to manage condensation control in building envelope WITHOUT spending hours researching different products online.

The challenge is REAL, keeping on top of the National Construction Code is DIFFICULT, especially when new guidelines are released and new products are required. For example, in May 2019 we saw a change to managing condensations with building envelopes.

Large parts of the country, in colder climate zones 6, 7 and 8 are now required to use a vapor permeable membrane.

This is why we created the ????? ????? ????????? ????????: thorbuilding.com.au/newcondensationrequirementsncc2019/

This smarter wall wrap meets the new requirements, sealing against air & water from outside, but allowing moisture from inside the home to be released, preventing condensation & mold from forming.

It’s another example of how we continue to innovate, keeping pace with the industry’s evolution to provide builders with the products to ‘build better’.

For 20 years Thor Building Products has been a market-leading manufacturer with our Rhino Range of Insulation, and with a national footprint we can help you ‘build better’ wherever you are in Australia.
